NEW FURNISHINGS UPDATE Our Lay Leader, Connie von Keudell, and Pastor Diana have selected Mission Style furniture made by the Amish of Indiana, which can be seen at Strode’s Furniture in Huntley (or on Connie's or Diana's smart phones). We are about $2000 short of our goal. So, our Trustees are still accepting donations to replace the furniture in the Fellowship Room. If you’d like to encourage that, or would like to donate a certain amount to pay for a chair or table IN MEMORY OF or IN HONOR OF someone, please make your check out to Zion UMC re: furnishings – or – place muchappreciated cash in the PINK donation box. And that will complete our upstairs redecorating project!

Hooray for those who completed reading the One Year Bible! Please pick up your Thumbs Up award in the fellowship room & please sign your name on the Scroll of Honor.

All preaching is based on SCRIPTURE, TRADITION, REASON, and EXPERIENCE.

The purpose of the United Methodist Church
is to make disciples of Jesus Christ
for the transformation of the world.
